Amy Winehouse to stay sober only for concerts

Amy Winehouse recently admitted she will never stop drinking or doing drugs because life is too short to give them up. She has now reportedly vowed she will stay sober, but only for concerts.

Winehouse’s pledge comes on the heels of embarrassing performances where she forgot the words to her songs. “This tour started pretty much as the last one ended. Berlin was a difficult time for everyone and we thought it was going to turn into another tour full of drunken and missed shows,” a source says. “But she’s now said that she will not drink before her gigs for the rest of the tour.”

“People were joking about her sober performance. They said, ‘Has wine bar been closed today?’ But no, she was sober till after her performance. She said she wont drink before her shows any more – only afterwards,” the insider adds.

Friends of the troubled singer have reportedly urged her to split from her husband Blake Fielder Civil as they believe he has a bad influence on her. They believe he is the reason Winehouse does drugs.
